I think that was part of the plan. To give the impression that A Big International Group had searched out AGYP.
IMO, the deal could have been made over cocktails at a local saloon.. Just my opinion.
I think it was JOHNIE that suggested the PR was intentionally vague. I agree with that. Just as virtually all of The Gyp's PRS are vague. I can give many examples.
