THE biggest tell to me has always been the hedge funds that bought up the debt thereby allowing them in on the BK negotiations, and then used that information to trade on. Why would the hedge funds risk prison, equitable disallowance, and fines??????????? They already have more money than God. Really, why would they risk it for nothing????? PERIOD.
