Merck has a ton of cash, literally a pile. If Merck wants NW Bio, Merck will buy NW Bio - in cash....no stock-swap or JV. It could very well come down to who wants NW Bio more. I hope there is a freaking bidding war but feel Merck has the inside track via UCLA. I feel at this point negotiations have and continue. Just a gut feeling based on a few observations. One being this long, drawn out quite period. I dont care what anyone says, it has nothing to do with a JA and everything to do with some sort of NDA.

What if what if. The reality is the stock is at 72 cents and has not really moved much. You would think that all this good news would move the PPS up. I’m hoping it does. I’m hoping more than anything that people live longer because of NWBO.
