I called MMG and asked about Pink

They say Pink didnt pass the DD. Something happened in 2018 and Pink is blaming COVID BS!! MMG guy said if you think ex management did us wrong issuing 4 billion shares for nada Pink would of been worse!

They are adamant that Zepter is coming in
