The problem is that we may NEVER see the real juicy stuff, because as I recall Judges (say, e.g., J. Margaret Sweeney) sometimes get what's called "in camera" review, which involves ONLY the trier of fact being able to view certain documents that have been shielded from public view.
Why do you think that Uncle Suggy has tried to exclude 10,000 documents from public view via the National Security and Executive Privilege Exceptions?
Some could be not be super important or really quite innocoulous to the trier of fact. But wouldn't it be good to know if our 'dear leaders', especially Obama or in the highest eschuleons of the White House, plotted to structure the Net Worth Swipe as a means to bypass the Mitch O'Connell controlled Legislative Branch (who's in charge of the public purse) to make sure that enough funding was available for his signature legislation (i.e., Obamacare)?
