Robert - if I recall correctly, it's only about 46 documents that are still shielded under executive privilege. And those I believe are correspondence with President Obama and his executive staff and/or President Bush and his executive staff. Would be good to see those records public in a "free" country, but imo it doesn't hurt the plaintiffs' case.
