The issue with a more electrically conductive shielding is that it causes crosstalk throughout the structure instead of routing it on a specific path. This causes sparky to twist his wires. ie Cat8
I don't think the wires are twisted in the wiring harness on my truck, I have no idea on their cars, I doubt it.
The trouble with ceramic, depending on how it's used could trap heat instead of dissipate it.
