I’m certainly not going to make the assumption…….

they know how to locate the primary wreck site.

No salvor wound remain in one small spot for 23 years, yet that’s what has happen through the partnership.

HTQ was far more successful in locating artifacts than SFRX, but SFRX is still able to raise capital off Melbourne.

That’s about all the site seems to be good for.

Does this sound like they are searching…….

for the primary wreck site?

This is in The Baer’s own words going into the 23rd year of the project.

Based on the singular type of artifact located thus far in the area, it is our belief that this is likely not a primary shipwreck site, but rather one of several debris areas. We believe, based on current knowledge, that a reasonably large piece of decking or section of hull (but likely not the main structure) deposited in this area at some point in time. This piece of ship’s structure would have contained mainly spikes and other types of fasteners which, as the structure degraded and/or broke apart, deposited the artifacts over the area in various layers of strata. Given the artifacts are just below the shell rubble strata layer, they are indicative of floating scatter that settled in that area.
