That was not the question and you apparently did not listen to his statements on the excerpt you posted. He is clearly talking about the development of SeaSearcher, not interpreting data and findings, Bear's reports and whatever other misdirection you are engaged in. My question was clear. I did not ask what is not clear to Tim Reynolds, I asked what is he saying in the interview that is "word salad". So apparently it is not easy because your response is completely off base. Hmmmmm

SFRX needs better research, not gadgets. They need to find the primary shipwreck site mentioned by The Baer.

…..and only you are making the assumption that SFRX is not looking for the primary shipwreck.

I listened to what he had to say. The man doesn't know what he's talking about. Mentioning that the Toy can work in ******** conditions and even X number of hours, etc., etc. Obviously he has little or no sea experience because a 'tethered' platform or vehicle is only as good as the support given by the surface vessel. If the sea conditions are rough, that's not much and particularly for accuracy. In the case of SFRX their surface support are small 'sport boats' that would be pitching and rolling and in all likelihood dragging anchor or if not anchored then unable to hold a course. As I stated, the man doesn't know what he's talking about. Those statements were made three years ago? So what has been achieved since then? Nothing.
