I don't think you understand what a basket trial is. What Anavex is doing in no way meets the requirements of basket trials.

What Anavex is doing is running trials for multiple indications. They are not the same trial design and they don't have the same endpoints.

What are basket and umbrella trials?
Basket trials evaluate therapy for various diseases that share a common molecular alteration, while umbrella trials evaluate multiple targeted therapies for a single disease that is stratified into subgroups based on different molecular alterations/ risk factors.
