Understood. I am a Little cautious to agree with that only because the reg a has been open for so long and the reports show pretty much only ST3 purchased those shares.
I think the thing here is will they release it to the general public without the fund raise done or wait longer until a certain amount is done. The link to the raise finds site shows &5 million. Their plan needs $38 mil needed. So I ‘think’ they need to raise at least $5 mil prior to full release. I hope I’m wrong. Chicken or the egg here imo.
