If successful then absolutely there will be offer for buyouts. I hope he doesn't take it though. Google bought YouTube for $1.65B. Now it's estimated to be worth $160B.

Possibly. Or high probability to get some offers. But not until it gains traction with content and users. It would be inexpensive for someone to come along and offer a buyout. But ST3 has restricted shares that wood convert to prevent anything hostile. So he would have to agree to it.
Thing is his plan is to spin off the smart city stuff and keep the ‘telecommunications’ side of things. Which include the Vume part.
And they still need money to pull it off. Not sure how this will work without that money to push this. I hope that’s not the reason it’s been delayed.
