Agreed Lindor has been excellent this season and diaz has been the best closer in baseball in 2022 it is really that simple. To be fair though, I think cleveland is happy with the package they got back in Rosario and Gimenez (Who is turning out to be a excellent young player) have had good 2022, and has been a big part of them as a first place team, than again, the division being terrible is another factor of why.

As for rodgers he stinks, he lost his job in SDP, so it wasn't shocking he continued to stink in a better park for the hitter. Not that Hader was having a great season, but I think what it did to the team psychologically was more than it's performance, sometimes it sends a signal you don't want to send to a team. I think they would be about 5 games better right now at the very least if they kept hader. Which means they would of been in good shape for a wildcard, and if they actually helped the team, they could of locked up a wild card spot, but ownership/management didn't want to try. So now if I was the brewers I would trade Woodruff, Devin Williams, and Burnes in the offseason and get a boatload of prospect and just rebuild you get more for them the longer you have them. And if they are not gonna put the resources in, you mihgt as well max out the prospect, what U don't pull is a royals with a whit merrifield, a couple of years ago when they knew they weren't competiting they would of got such better prospects, but they held on to him too long. And if the brewers aren't going to add to this team in the offseason they should just rebuild, at least you can maximize the returns of your asset to help the farm. Sad part is the pirates are perpetually rebuilding the reds are rebuilding, the cubs are rebuilding, and if the brewers are rebuild next year, do we even have to play games in the NL central if nobody is interest ed in competeting with the cardinals next year.
