Some people want to cover up the year and a half delay (for unknown reasons) in updating clinicaltrials.gov, because they apparently simply find it inconvenient to their narrative. There could be an excellent reason for the delay, but we don’t know what that is, if in fact there was.

I agree that this is, especially at this stage, primarily about deflection and also I believe that NWBO likely had good reason to weigh the potential consequences and risks and defer updating.
