I suggest you study the BK process. Also, you need to have an education in DST and Safe Harbor rules and processes. I have learned much during the last several years concerning the overall processes concerning legally hiding billions of dollars.
The main reason I continue to study and research is because I signed timely releases by 3/2012...ACTIONS CAN BE VERY TELLING!
Once the FDIC has signed formal releases and the Receivership has been closed and/or terminated only then can one say nothing is returning UNLESS ASSETS RETURN prior and/or simultaneous to the final event.
