I do not care for management but I agree with you. The platform if it ever gets off its bottom is worth over ten times more than $7 to $12.
Of course it takes a good team to move it forward. I am expecting a partnership near term. There has been no other reason to delay this year’s ASM. They would have easily gotten votes for their proposals on the proxy. They always do.

If I was pessimistic, I wouldn't be here. Invested with 10,000s of 1000s of shares.
I just try to be more realistic in my approach in regards valuations' placed by retail shareholders. It isn't up to you, me or any other retail investor in what NW Bio will be sold for. Like the poster said in a previous post, that number will be decided for us. NW Bio will never get to the full valuation on these types of numbers some are throwing around here. It just isn't being realistic. Unless NW Bio find a way to stay independent and 3-4 years goes by. Very slim chance if not zero. This company isn't posturing like a company looking to expand. When was the last time NW Bio had a new hire? Tells the story. Looking to stay slim for the BO offer.
