There's a lot of stuff I've been over thinking here...some of which you stated but also, the name change. The smoke screen theory would make sense and it's looking like more of a reality as time passes and the OTC name hasn't changed. The couldn't have possibly put in all of those filings and work just to do nothing with the shell. Imo there is a merger waiting in the wings or already almost finished.
