Smart: I really, truly believe the event was to present the materials to the company as one "consolidated" effort to get it to come clean or then face an SEC complaint. I firmly believe any complants prior to that were individualized much like the complaints here filed with the SEC about the MMs and their actitivity. That's my honest and truthful take on it. I do know it did get delayed by one week on the FnF board, but totally a coincidence to the suspension date.
Smart, and dont forget that on wed, 2 days after the SEC suspension, Ice also referred back to that monday as having been D-Day. Sorry to people like Ice who have tried to revise about what his "real intentions" after the fact were, the record of his posts and pm's are obvious, that Iceman meant D-Day to mean SEC suspension. It is there in black-and-white, both before and after the fact. I trust that issue will not be forgotten down the road.
