You may have been mislead on the D-Day thing. The poster that was promoting it posted that he sold on 1/29/07 because D-Day was coming the following Monday then after it didn't come he posted that it was delayed and he was waiting for further information. Clearly the references were to an event. Look in the post history and check. This is certainly worthy of investigation since the poster in question appeared to be organizing SEC complaints.
