Yep, they did request to rescind the selling of S800 because of the passing of George, but she denied it. Probably thought they were young, vulnerable, and could get away with what she did.
Then she withheld evidence(blackberry) during the discovery period, only to give it up later because there was stuff that incriminated her. She knew what she was doing.
