I just read the court docs again. I have a hard time believing The Plantiff will win against BYOC. Seems like there is a good change the did not uphold their end of the deal in the Service 800 buyout.

Shoot BYOC even offer to sell her the company back if i read that right. I think they have all eyes on making sure the EV deal is solid. That to me is a good sign.
