Most longs seem to have low expectations, which I guess is because they don't want to be disappointed. The most rational interpretation of Dr Lebby's words to investors that ECOC will be 'mindblowing' is that something meaningful that validates their position and timing - such as a PDK - will be revealed, because anything short of that won't be blowing investors minds......low expectations is not consistent with 'blow minds', so I guess many just don't believe him or simply interpret this as virtually meaningless, perhaps due to things Dr Lebby has said in the past that got them excited and then disappointed.:
