To promote any unapproved drug is against the law. So your raise money for Tollovir promotion /production is 100% false.

TolloVID is a supplement. It already has FDA approval to be sold as a 3CL Protease Inhibitor. Tollovid was not in any PHII trial. So your "Tollovid is already tested on people then FDA should grant EUA from results of Phase 2. is also 100% false.
