The only thing that could really upset the apple cart is a gene therapy that corrects MECP2 gene, but that’s a good while off imo.

Only if you accept the premise: There are two good reasons why Dr. Missling is smart to take his time to execute his game plan: it improves the odds of FDA approval and it improves the odds of insurance providers paying for Blarcamesine.

Only if you accept the premise that something is really happening of great importance that is cuasing the incredibly slow pace.

It could just be that they lack urgency, are slow or lack full competence to get it done.

I for one cannot think of any valid reason why the p3 trial for Parkinsons was not started last spring.
