You can vote for the shares in each account. You can't split the votes per account, but you can vote differently for each account.

For example, if Account A has 100K shares of Todos, and Account B has 50K shares of Todos, you can vote NO for the 100K shares in Account A and YES in for the 50K shares in Account B.

What you can't do is vote 50K shares NO and 50K shares YES in Account A. All shares in each account have to be voted separately from other account shares.
