The latest request to vote asks for shareholders to vote to allow BOD to authorize a rev/split.....vote no this time regardless what other Longs have to say....rev splits in penny pharma stocks don't work

If they don't need retail then email them with your concerns

Don't assume that someone who doesn't the r/s is new to the stock and hasn't done his/her DD , that's nonsense

Longs shouldn't use their position to force others to vote poorly

I am certainly re-evaluating a desire to be invested here or buy more shares and judging by the increased sell off since the Proxy , I think others are as well.

Just the announcement of an intent to R/S is a stock killer

The RS is explained @15:00. I'm good with the reasoning which is why I'll increase my investment here. Others that have big 'concerns' can look for stocks that will never uplist instead of trying to convince everyone all RS are bad. Most companies I see that uplist off the OTC rs to get their share structure in line with the NASDAQ or NYSE.
