Maybe good and bad. Good stuff is that Noreika was really pissed at the shareholders attorney and may have gotten biased. That goes away. Bad stuff is that she was a tough cookie, qualities needed to give the inventors a fair shake. New judge is a complete unknown. Being a special master in complex civil cases will be a help here. Not many civil cases as goofy as this one.
