Um, they are taking over the ticker, the filings will be new filings based on the incoming merger. It’s not rocket science to me, maybe to some. Auditors do have many clients, not just one.

They aren't late on filings. They have 15 days from NT 10k filing on Aug 29. Should see filings by no later than Tuesday afternoon of next week (max). Im sure auditors just going through year end filing. No worries

They are not late on filings, that's why the NT 10k was filed. If they don't file within the nt10k deadline THEN they are late and the yield sign would go up. Pink Current means not late on filings

If you don’t like CSUI,

then don’t buy. It’s as simple as that. But, stop it with the childish whining and complaining! We are tired of hearing it.

Sure doesn’t take much of a BUY order to get the price to move up.
