OK - so you think that MingZhu Logistics “ YGMZ “
is executing the RM with KAST? If so, it would make
sense then that one of its employees would be
appointed as an officer of KAST.


How would that work though since “ YGMZ “ is a
publicly traded Company and any money it spends
for an Acquisition has to benefit its shareholders. If
you are correct will KAST end up as a publicly traded
subsidiary of MingZhu Logistics “ YGMZ “?
