My first reaction to your post is to question your intelligence. Let me tell you what is real: Egan was last seen in Tglo fillings in 2019, he was a 4.99% er for a reason. Need to know and understand the rules. FYI Egan’s son Tegan is currently in bed with VG’s former CFO on another unrelated project. Go figure.....
