Been kind of watching hoping Caren could pull one out. That NTAI definitely seems shady. Dropped in 2018..just reinstated with negative financials. Curent employer obviously in a market company already. Is this some new venture hes trying on his own in connection with NTAI? ( Why restart And update financials for a company planning on doing nothing, doubt his current employer would have anything to do with that one)) Or subsidiary of this larger company. Another crapshoot.

NTAI had a very low float when JINGWEI ZHANG
took control. As of Dec 31, 2020 the float was only
60,000 out of 463.33 M O/S.

When he did the 1:100 R/S the stock halted trading
as the float was so low and maybe even held by insiders.
As of June 30, 2022 the float was 746 out of 29.633 M O/S
so it does look like he could have acquired it for a tax reason.

Well - that won’t happen here with Court documents
stating that the Buyer is anxious to complete a R/M
- which will bring substantial benefit to the Shareholders
and Company - and thus accelerated the Custodian
discharge.

This news release from MingZhu Logistics
- dated Dec 13, 2021 - may connect to NTAI stating
in its Quarterly/Annual Reports that it is
“ planning to acquire liquor Companies in China “ -

“ MingZhu Logistics to Expand into Commercial
Liquor Distribution “ - Dec 13, 2021

I am wondering if NTAI was to be used for the R/M
but was disqualified by FINRA after it did the 1:100
R/S? The FINRA rules require a FLOAT of at least
10 % for a R/M and NTAI’s float was decreased to less
than 1 % after the R/S.

“ FINRA requires that the issuer have at least 25
shareholders who hold either registered shares or
with respect to Pink Sheet listed issuers, shares that
have been held by non-affiliate investors for twelve
months. These shares in the aggregate should
represent at least 10% of the issuer’s outstanding
securities and are often referred to as the “Float.”
