Current address is in the Baidu International building, in an area called Hi-Tech Industrial Park. More than likely a tech company of some sort.

This is like having an office space in the Google building....China's version.

They were in a rush to close the deal on the shell and go public. Don't think it's long before we know the details.

NTAI was a Shell with a very low float when
JINGWEI ZHANG acquired it and maybe he
and his friends own all the shares now with
the float only being 746 out of 29.633 M O/S.


And perhaps he was planning to sell the Shell in
the future but it still needs to go through the
required process first - like Kast did - to make it
a “ Clean Shell “.



If you look at the trading history NTAI was trading
very high prior to the R/S due to the low float -
