well.. la-- de- da....Smith lied to you... prove it....telling me on a message board don't mean squat...hire an attorney, and file a lawsuit against Smith...you see, the problem is , when this board is confronted with legal documents, they talk all around what could be, what if, what should be, and why isn't it happening the way we see it?...what you think about the past is archeological history, buried in 10 years time...the only thing that matters is what the judge signed off on...re read POR 7 and the chapter 11 closing again, and again and again until the realization sets in...Lodas
