He filed that change of control Feb 2021 but it shows it actually occurred Sept/Oct 2020, with awkward dating in there for whatever reason.
Originally supposed to be Chinese schools then more recently Chinese liquor stores according to the filings, but nothing seems to have ever actually happened in the two years since change of control, outside of the share and name/ticker changes.
Reminiscent of "quiet Chinese mergers" where a merger happens and then the company does absolutely nothing except keep up with filings as required. The supposition is that they might be some kind of Chinese tax refuges or something but whatever they are, they are frustrating for any investor that thought they were jumping in early on what could hopefully be an exciting merger, only for it to never go anywhere for years on end.
I don't know if this is that or anything, just relaying some experience.
