Mcfish- in all candor, this is more about the shareholders than Z. An 8K isn’t quiet for a man of his position as Chair. I’m surprised MZ group hasn’t put out something. It’s not a red flag for me, but it’s just odd.
Wow, Mcfish, I just posted something very similar. Fair and thoughtful minds think alike! I believe that is the likely reason, but nonetheless, over focusing on these kinds of issues is getting lost in the weeds.
