Here is my research -


In 2021 JINGWEI ZHANG acquired Mon Space Net
- did a RS of 1:100 on May 21, 2021 to bring the O/S
down to 29,633,439 - and also changed the name to
Natai International Inc.

As of June 30, 2022 - one year later - the O/S
is still 29, 633,439. It was a shell company when
acquired and is still a shell per the OTC MARKETS.


So why would not JINGWEI ZHANG just use Natai
International Inc. for the RM?
