True another reason why it is moving UP....the rest of the deal says "company issued to Alumni Capital a Common Stock Purchase Warrant dated August 2, 2022 to purchase 50,000,000 shares of Common Stock at an exercise price of $0.02 per share.......they will love to see this back to . 25 sooner than later ;)
