IMO, only Tucson and Tempe have a chance at positive net profits, but Tempe is the site that has Active Liens and Writ of Garnishment? FUNN still hasn't paid them back - and likely threatening bankruptcy to get Lien/Writ of Garnishment lowered.
It's never "held its own". Very expensive to operate.
May be beautiful, but is a one-of-a-kind type of site, not a franchise-type architectural plan at all.
Belongs at a place like Disney or Epcot.
And who knows what kind of contingencies still exist for that "acquisition" with Cards Against Humanity/Chicago Board Game Cafe
FUNN should close down at least 1 toronto cafe down - so that the other two have a decent opportunity to possibly generate positive net profits. Whichever one is losing the most money should close down.
After all, even FUNN recently said they were still trying to establish "proof of concept".....lol.
Chicago location is beautiful and will hold its own !
