What is a phantom premium?

In a free market, if your stock is trading at $100, and the buyout is $150, that's a 50% premium.

But in today's market, Wall Street is more likely to smash your stock down to $75, and then organize a merger at $150. ($50 real premium, $25 phantom.)

This creates an illusion that your stock is being given a 100% premium.

To calculate phantom premium, you first need to establish a fair value for your stock.

It seems to me that nwbo has basically been parked in a relatively narrow range lately, moving enough as the MM want it to and chip away a couple of pennies up and down repeatedly, to make up the small volume trade margins on the cumulative volumes over the days, weeks, and months.

A couple of hundred thousand bucks today, tomorrow, and the next days, and after a while you’re talking real money :-)

After all do you shoot the goose that lays the golden eggs for the limited one time return, or do you care for it just enough to reap a couple-few daily golden eggs.

Hopefully our goose is also being nurtured by its supporters and getting ready to take healthy flight.

The MM might also be getting into position to profit from that flight when it comes, having had other golden geese in the past and having seen some of them get healthy enough for their freedom flight!

You could use this as a lullaby for your children, I think of it to fall asleep as well:-)
