Honestly, I have no idea. There are already players that are part of Fairwood et al, Egan, preferred shares, warrants, shares issued but not outstanding, mez debt, traditional financing etc. Corporate finance is not my area of strength. And even if you were an experienced M & A guy, unless you were part of the Cosa nostra, you wouldn't know either.

Yes, and that would be amazing for all of us. However, I would imagine that those billion dollar companies would not want shares of a shell OTC company. I would expect any equity investments to be determined after the R/M.
