I think KKR got whatever was theirs, Now it may be AAOC or escrow holders. What is AAOC?

Do you think the COOP shares will be given to WAMU escrow holders in exchange for giving up the assets residing in a trust where the non debtor assets ( MBS assets)) are residing and can not be touched by FDIC? What is the value in your opinion? Thanks.
