what did the judge order by the court?.....the details of POR 7, and the chapter 11 details were agreed to by all parties with creditor claims...she never ordered anything...she signed off the chapter 11 which was in agreement to all involved...chapter 11 is all about restructuring DEBT, NOT EQUITY.....read the POR 7, and the chapter 11 closing,........it signifies what all classes got for their claims, as well as what equity shareholders in the old company got for their release signature.... the document says nothing that future returns will be made to equity, and above all, it does not state that ..."shareholders own the estate"...why is WMIH spending estate money, if it belongs to shareholders these last 10 years....read the documents before posting....Lodas
