That wasn't 14 million shares that was offered, it was $14 million worth of shares which at 25 cents a share would be almost 60 millions shares. But even that should close in the next couple of sessions at the volume its trading. So when offering is closed and Ribbon is paid and other debts are paid, the company can sell parts or all of itself. What the share count was when the offer at $9 a share was made will be prolly half of what current share count is. So lets just knock that in half again and make the buy out price $2.25. A ten fold profit from current share price??? I will take it lol. One year ago this was being bought by insiders at $4 a share. 3 months ago insiders bought major positions for $.40 a share. 21 cents looks like a bargain basement price to me.

Agree not a offering but part of the sale process to pay some debt. They raised 300mil already. They selling
