IMO- It looks like Joe Noel continues his scamming. He is the Director of Research, at Cannabis Global / CBGL. He is also Sugarmade, CEO, Jimmy Chan's investment coach! Check out SGMD. You would think that he would have learned a lesson or two. Cooperating witness status is apparently working for the con.
