They, needed the Judges APPROVAL for that.
They, DID NOT HAVE THAT APPROVAL.

I believe the Judge, later, then allowed it, AFTER IT WAS SNUCK IN....WITHOUT her approval.

The UW's in Class 19 was NOT on the up and up. But they are there now.
