And besides, how is "deal" equivalent to "contract"? The language used was "signed agreement" you even posted a screen shot of the slide. Whether a deal or an agreement, there is currently no indication of any binding contract to purchase 975K units. There is "an agreement" that "calls for" the purchase....

If there was a legally binding agreement to purchase nearly a million units, wouldn't the share price go up even a little? Come on SMH
