"It was more than a "letter of intent or agreement ", it is a signed contract"
What evidence do you have to corroborate your statement that "it is a signed contract"? Please share with the board, because we have seen nor heard anything of the sort.
We were shown a slide deck and heard a voice over that spoke of a signed agreement, at no time was the word contract used.
If I am wrong please show me the details, I will gladly admit my error.
