With 27 patents and the tech they license? Any one could be a gold mine. Ben obviously set up Secure Global Technologies as a corporation for MCIC to acquire/merge with Brahmarsk. Legally they will combine the new company and Brahmarsk under MCIC. Then we can see why Ben wanted this company and what kind of revenue from licensing deals and all come to the table.
