Tibby you are actually ask the wrong person these questions. All of the questions have nothing to do with him. All of the questions are for the MSX board of directors and Brent Johnson. But at this time they are irrelevant as Brent is no longer the head of the company and has been banned by the BCSC to have anything to do with MSX.
