On otcm it clearly shows Henry added just shy of 1 billion extra shares since previous update ……32,009,792,870 before; 32,935,643,730 on 08/26/22….. objective data right here https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/PHIL/security

Once Phil has share count update, there will be an increase in OS once again. Ignoring clear objective data doesn’t make the truth disappear lol
